Getting to know you…

Every wedding celebration is a reflection of you – taking the time to get to know you and your love story is an important part of creating your wedding or event florals. It is important to set aside an hour or more – depending on your plans for how flowers will be integrated into your celebration. We can meet at your favorite coffee or tea shop to discuss the details and get to know each other. All of the design work will be done at my home in Newberg.

Your flower dreams…

After your flower consultation, I will put together a proposal with a detailed price list and a few images of what your flowers may look like and other ideas for you to consider. Also included will be a contract for you if you choose to have Blossoms and Blessings create your wedding or event flowers. This will be available to you within two weeks.

If you do choose Blossoms and Blessings as your wedding florist, I would ask for your signed contract and a down payment of 20% of the total cost of your flowers. Weddings will be scheduled on a first come basis so your down payment will hold your place on our calendar. A final consult 4-6 weeks before your event will be a good time to make sure of any additions and confirm the timeline details of your wedding day.

We ask that final payment for your wedding flowers be made at least 3 weeks prior or at your final consultation.

Delivery/Pick-up

We will be happy to deliver your flowers for you – delivery charges will be a minimum of $25.00. Cost will vary depending on time travelled and set up required.

Signs of the Times –

Many wedding parties choose to have only the personal flowers done by a florist – we are happy to do that for you but also glad to share some style ideas and “how to’s” for you or your friends helping out with other bouquets and decorating ideas. This “mini” session would be held at my home studio. The cost is $50.00 per hour plus the cost of supplies.

Pricing

Because of the variety of flowers and complexity of the bouquets, it is difficult to give an exact cost for every bouquet until we actually have a chance to hear your ideas.

Bride Bouquets $75 – $250

Bridesmaids Bouquets – $35 – $150

Boutonnieres – $15 – $20

Corsages – $20 – $30

Table pieces – $15 – $150

Altar pieces – $125 -$300

There are many reasons in life to include flowers – baby showers, bridal showers, holiday parties and celebrations of life – Blossoms and Blessings is happy to assist you with flowers for each occasion. A minimum order is $125
